Warehouse Supervisor of Our Central Maintenance Warehouse

Profile

1. Completed training as a master craftsman or industrial engineer, state-certified technician or comparable, completed vocational training with corresponding management experience
2. Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of warehousing
3. Very good knowledge of German (Level C2), good knowledge of English (Level B1)
4. Safety and sense of responsibility
5. Planning and coordination skills and independent, structured and efficient way of working
6. Team skills, employee management and motivation, good communication and social skills
7. Technical and commercial understanding

The main tasks include:

1. Employee management: Team strength 5 warehouse workers and 3 material planners
2. Purchasing: Ensuring that required spare parts are available in the required quality and quantity
3. Managing warehouse items and storage locations, e.g. master data maintenance
4. Organizing maintenance of warehouse facilities and industrial trucks
5. Operational implementation of the annual inventory
6. Organization of issue, return and maintenance of rental equipment
