The district of Mansfeld-Südharz is seeking to fill the position of

Project Coordination Digitization / Administration DMS (m/f/d)

to be filled at the Sangerhausen location.

This is a full-time position (39 h/week) for a fixed term of 24 months, which is valued at pay group 10 TVöD.

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic person who can work under pressure and, in addition to good technical knowledge, has a confident and friendly manner and can work independently and with the ability to deal with conflict.

What You Can Expect

The work tasks of this position include:

  • Coordination, development and implementation of digitization projects by developing an OZG implementation and communication strategy with the project participants
  • Process management
  • Optimization and standardization of administrative and IT processes through analysis, documentation and continuous improvement in the context of OZG services
  • Support in DMS administration and support (optional)
  • Development of method standards for modeling and maintaining IT processes and creation of a cross-administrative IT process map
  • Analysis and optimization of IT processes in cooperation with specialist departments and sustainable implementation of the results
  • Networking at state and national level and collaboration in cross-district projects and standardization projects as well as public relations work
  • Project management
  • Advice, control and support of the organizational units in the application of these method standards with a focus on the implementation of the OZG
  • IT service management in the area of DMS
  • Administration, monitoring, software support of the DMS
  • Conception, implementation and monitoring of replacement scanning as well as support and moderation of the specialist departments during the introduction of the e-file
  • Error tracking during ongoing operations
  • Support and assistance with the integration of software solutions into existing business processes or those to be optimized
  • Development and updating of authorization and role concepts in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Coordination of technical and organizational requirements with software manufacturers, the software provider d.velop (DMS) and the IT department

Your Requirements

Required is:

  • A degree in the public or economic sector (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) (e.g. business informatics, administrative modernization and economics, project and process management, digitization management, economics)
  • Valid driving license (class B)

Desired Are

  • IT affinity and good technical understanding of database systems
  • Knowledge of DMS
  • Knowledge and experience in administrative organization
  • In-depth knowledge of project management, process analysis, process optimization and organizational theory
  • Analytical, conceptual and interdisciplinary thinking and action
  • High motivation and initiative
  • Sociability and good communication skills
  • Strong creative and organizational skills
  • Team spirit as well as fairness and respect in dealing with other people
