(Senior) Product Manager - Media Business (m/f/d)

1. Team Management: You'll lead an amazing team responsible for the media business, focusing on building a technology-driven solution that connects our customers with the most relevant job boards for their hiring needs. From managing the backlog to prioritizing features, you’ll guide the team to deliver seamless, impactful products from start to finish.
2. Collaboration: Together with stakeholders and our talented product design team, you'll uncover new opportunities, craft thoughtful solutions, and deliver exceptional product experiences.
3. Product Delivery: Partnering with product management, marketing, and sales, you'll play a vital role in creating materials that drive smooth product launches and successful customer adoption.
4. Customer-Centric Improvement: We care about our customers, and you will too. Gathering and analyzing feedback will be key as you drive ongoing improvements that keep users happy and meet their evolving needs.
5. Creative Input: With your input you will be part of the creative process in product development.

1. E-commerce and PLG Experience: You bring expertise in e-commerce and product-led growth (PLG) strategies in SaaS B2B business, with a strong foundation in driving engagement and growth.
2. Product Leadership: Leading product teams alongside product designers, managing backlogs, setting priorities, and owning key product areas have been core aspects of your role. Shaping team OKRs to align with product leadership goals is another strength you bring.
3. Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: You excel at managing stakeholders and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve processes.
4. Collaborative and Agile Mindset: A fast-paced, cross-functional environment is where you thrive, using an analytical approach to solve problems and enhance processes.
5. Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and German.
