Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for travelers in accordance with the company standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Practicing company values
2. Leading, coordinating, supporting, motivating, training, and evaluating restaurant and bar staff
3. Monitoring and ensuring beverage and dining service is up to the highest standards
4. Ensuring hygiene and maintenance of all service areas are upheld
5. Responsible for ordering, margins, POS transactions, cost, and stock control
6. Handling and resolving travelers' concerns
7. Any other duties advised by the Hotel Manager
