Business Analyst IT Risk , Trustee & Finance m/w/d

Responsibilities

1. Studies and analyses user/client needs of Risk and Operations departments
2. Drafts specifications (preparation of detailed functional specifications)
3. Supports and coordinates IT developments (development issues, clarifications on analyses etc.)
4. Performs and coordinates testing of IT developments
5. Manages external Software vendors
6. Drafts user guides (including any training)
7. Participates in the complete planning and monitoring of projects
8. Contributes to support activities for operational sections
9. Ensures the ongoing operation of the IT
