What you`ll do:
This position coordinates within SAP and with others to support all aspects of enhancing the Customer Security Audit/Assessment process, including the implementation, maintenance, and coordination of customer security audits, as well as tracking and reporting of audit issues to appropriate levels of management. The candidate will also provide operational support for the program through monitoring and analysis, and assessment activities according to the customer security audits outcomes.

The Role:

Assist audit fieldwork with external customer auditors using appropriate auditing methods while leveraging existing documentation.
Contribute to customer security audits in collaboration with SAP’s various lines of business.
Support and prioritize DORA related audit and compliance activities.
Clearly communicate project status and results with senior management, project team, and stakeholders.
Share in-depth knowledge and experience with the direct team to enable decision-making and provide innovative solutions to complex business issues.
Assist team and customers to document and mitigate identified findings and/or potential risks and control weaknesses.
Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to inform audit planning and execution.
Work with SAP lines of business to implement and remediate recommended solutions for mitigation and improvement.

What you bring:

Fluency in both English and German (verbal & written).
Preferred relevant professional certifications including CISSP, CISA, CIPP, GIAC, or related information security certifications.
Exposure to information security and compliance, IT audit, consulting, and risk management.
Preferred exposure with ISO 27k family, SOC reports, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, or equivalent information security and privacy compliance certifications.
Knowledge and understanding of cloud security compliance and infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, specific to Risk, Compliance, and Security.
3 years of experience in supporting audit engagements.
Experience with audit compliance, risk assessments, risk management compliance, cloud, project management, and compliance policies.

We coordinate and support post-sales customer audits and assessments that need to be conducted by SAP at the request of customers for SAP Cloud Services. The Audit Team advocates on behalf of our external customers providing them the right level of assurance in cases where these parties invoke their "Right to Audit" SAP Products & Services.
