Seeking an Experienced Broker (m/f/d) with a passion for Treaty and Specialty

Key Duties (including but not limited to):

1. You are responsible for acquiring new customers as well as expanding and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will identify business opportunities and develop tailor-made reinsurance solutions for their customers.
2. You travel regularly to national and international customers in order to maintain personal relationships, strengthen relationships of trust and develop new business potential. You represent the Company at conferences and industry events.
3. You conduct negotiations with customers and reinsurers and ensure that all contracts concluded meet the highest quality standards. You manage the entire process from the preparation of the offer to the conclusion of the contract.
4. You advise customers on their reinsurance strategies and offer solutions tailored to their specific business models and market developments. In doing so, you identify future risks and offer innovative solutions.
5. You continuously monitor the reinsurance market, analyze market trends and competitor activities and use these insights to provide customers with even better advice and identify new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Completed business studies with additional qualifications in mathematics, technology or computer science or a comparable qualification.
2. Fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
3. Many years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the German and international insurance and reinsurance market.
4. Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent presentation skills.
