REPLUG is a leading full-service app marketing agency dedicated to driving mobile app growth for both mobile-first and traditional companies worldwide. Our expert team specializes in Growth Consulting, Paid & Organic User Acquisition, OEM Marketing, and Mobile CRM & Retention.

We leverage transparent and actionable frameworks to help our clients launch, scale, and optimize their mobile app presence effectively.

As we expand our OEM Marketing activities, we are seeking an Advertising Operations Manager (Remote) to support our clients' growth through the strategic management of our supply partners. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, driven by a customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and a creative approach to growth.

You will play a crucial role in shaping our OEM department with the potential to take full ownership of the department in the future.

Tasks

  • OEM Partnership Management: Build and maintain key relationships with our supply partners. Understand the unique aspects of each OEM and their role in the mobile ecosystem to create tailored media plans that scale our clients' advertising activities.
  • Campaign Setup & Optimization: Manage the complete setup of campaigns via MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava) or 3rd party trackers, collaborating with supply partners to optimize performance and achieve client goals.
  • Yield Management: Strategically allocate and optimize budgets across different OEM placements and partners. Work closely with OEM publishers to identify and forecast inventory availability across various markets and campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics daily. Develop detailed reports that provide actionable insights for continuous optimization shared weekly with clients and OEM partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head of Growth and the Paid Acquisition team to align OEM campaign goals with the overall business strategy. Participate in client calls as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in mobile app marketing, advertising operations, or campaign management with exposure to OEM platforms (e.g., Xiaomi, Samsung, Appnext, Aura).
  • Proficiency with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava) and experience setting up trackers, postbacks, events, etc., for OEM platforms.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Google Sheets or Excel, with experience in data visualization tools as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and overcome challenges in the evolving OEM marketing landscape.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Big PLUS: Direct experience in manual campaign optimization on any OEM platform.

This is a remote-first role with no presence in the office.
