We, Glas- und Bauelemente Holding, are a medium-sized group of companies that has been growing steadily since it was founded in 2007. It comprises several young and innovative companies from the specialist trade in high-quality glass and stainless steel products. Every day, almost 80 employees work here with passion and heart.

Glass and stainless steel

Over the years, Glas- und Bauelemente Holding has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of stainless steel and glass products for the home and garden. Our main products are canopies, sliding doors, showers, wind protection systems and balustrades made of glass for private and commercial customers. The focus is on their individuality, custom-fit production according to customer requirements and their special features through individual design.

Quality and conviction

The high-quality glass with the corresponding stainless steel components gives our products their uniqueness. We source our glass exclusively from suppliers that produce in Germany and are located in the local area. All our products are developed and planned by us in our in-house design department.

• you are a successful firewall manager who can manage our security (with us through Sophos Enterprise)
• as a true organizational talent, you can successfully master the administration and responsibility of almost 100 clients (Windows, MAC, Linux etc.) and server landscape both in the GCP and on premise
• you can handle the creation and maintenance of program descriptions and system documentation with equal aplomb
• 3CX and NinjaOne are at best no foreign words for you
• you enjoy helping users and communicating and collaborating with external service providers on an equal footing
• building, maintaining and monitoring the IT infrastructure (including with Ubiquiti) is just as important to you as it is to us
• and you can share your knowledge and experience in a young team so that we can learn from you too!

• Qualifications. A successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable degree completes your profile
• Nice to have. Good to know. Knowledge of / working with:
• Windows Server 2012 and higher & Windows Client environment (Windows 10)
• Active Directory (administrations & group policies)
• Network administration (routing, management of switches, VPN etc.)
• Windows Powershell
• Google Workspace (or other cloud environments) and Google Cloud Platform
• 3CX telephone system
• Antivirus solutions and firewall from Sophos (software and hardware)
• Linux (server & client), Apple clients
