What you’ll do:

User experience design is essential for successful software development. You will be joining the User Experience Design team for the SAP Digital Supply Chain, a key pillar in the SAP ERP Cloud portfolio. Focused on the SAP Cloud strategy, our team is responsible for designing solutions that shape the future of businesses in one of the largest market segments our company supports.

As a User Experience Design Specialist in our team, you will:

1. Create interaction designs and visual design specifications based on our award-winning SAP design system
2. Collaborate on user journeys and interaction design prototypes for a harmonized user experience across product teams
3. Engage in user research and usability testing sessions to better understand user needs as a basis for your user-centered designs
4. Work closely with Product Managers, Development Managers, Developers, and User Assistance to deliver delightful, easy-to-use, and accessible user experiences that our customers will love
5. Contribute to the SAP design system

What you bring:

1. You are a graduate or young professional with a degree (bachelor/master) in interaction design, media- or industrial design, human-computer interaction, or comparable fields
2. You have around 2 years of experience as a UX designer in software development.
3. You have advanced skills in interaction design, and create workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups with tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Balsamiq
4. You have good communication skills in English and German (both spoken and written), and a collaborative attitude
