About the Role

As the BDR Lead – Berlin, you will play a vital role in driving our growth in the German market by leveraging all customer acquisition channels. You’ll spearhead customer acquisition efforts, build strong client relationships, and guide your team toward success. Take ownership of team leadership assignments, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team, ensuring their professional development and creating a collaborative, high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to our growth and establish our presence further in Berlin and Germany.

This role involves significant client engagement within Berlin and Germany, with opportunities for collaboration across the broader DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive customer acquisition initiatives to expand our presence in Berlin and Germany.
  • Build partnerships with exciting companies and engage with C-level decision-makers to accelerate the transition toward more sustainable and flexible workspaces.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex projects and deliver exceptional results.
  • Support early funnel activities and ensure the successful execution of growth strategies.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), confidence, and a strong business sense.
  • Ability to express yourself clearly and inspire confidence in clients and colleagues.

Personal Attributes
