We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play an important role in our international sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales opportunities and nurturing customer relationships. This position is ideal for a confident individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Through outbound activity, the SDR actively and continually seeks out key persons in qualified accounts to build relationships and develop new business opportunities. The key metrics that define a highly effective SDR are qualified appointments set and new business pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be successful in the following:
The monthly basic minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is 2.753 Euro. This includes full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme, and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your professional qualifications and previous experience, your salary can be, of course, significantly higher.
