By creating a reliable and connected fulfillment infrastructure, we can help big and small brands/companies scale their businesses by allowing them to focus on their products, not the delivery journey.

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead and supervise a team (2-5 front-line supervisors depending on location) and 10-50 hourly associates in outbound or inbound operations in a Fulfillment Centre.
  2. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operation.
  3. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
  4. Accountability for setting and meeting operational goals.
  5. Strategic planning and forecasting; assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems; and address staffing needs.
  6. Mentor, train and develop the Area Managers and indirect reports.
  7. Standard Operating Procedures development and roll-out.
  8. Drive process improvements and keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.
  9. Maintain high attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  10. Think strategically and execute methodically.
  11. Demonstrate ability to lead teams and communicate with senior leadership.
  12. Work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  13. Commit to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge.
  14. Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.
  15. Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager/owner mentality.
  16. Clearly communicate data insights to others.

Who You're:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field; MBA is preferred.
  2. 5+ years management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment; 3+ years of management.
  3. Prior experience or use of Lean/Six Sigma.
  4. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables.
  5. Familiarity with WMS systems.
  6. Ability to develop and communicate performance metrics (how, when, who).
  7. Strong commitment to employee development, as well as an exceptional level of dedication, motivation, and intelligence.
  8. Fluency in English and German (preferred Turkish).
