Manufacturing Operations Manager

Head of Manufacturing & Project Manager – Germany

Seeking an experienced leader to drive operations, manufacturing strategy, and process improvements. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing operations strategy for efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier management.
• Managing internal and external manufacturing to meet demand, cost, and performance goals.
• Leading engineering teams for product and process improvements.
• Driving sales & operations planning for demand-supply alignment.
• Collaborating across functions to ensure capacity and competitive pricing.
• Leading multiple teams in Germany and the Netherlands.

Requirements:

• MS in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, technology development, and external operations.
• Expertise in MEMS, ASICS, and semiconductor processes.
• Fluent in English and German.
