We are responsible for the LHG Airlines’ optimal commercial offer portfolio and corresponding pricing to optimize overall revenues.
Tasks:
- Support in maximizing revenues, taking into account willingness to pay, opportunity and displacement costs.
- Support in development and definition of price- and offer- strategies as well as price portfolios for certain customer groups, such as business or private travelers, corporate customers, tour operators or individual distribution channels.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of market and revenue trends, derive insights and present key findings/recommendations for strategic actions.
- Conduct benchmark of relevant market players to ensure optimal positioning of price offer.
- Monitor and assess planned pricing activities and coordinate success control (e.g. marketing campaigns).
- Close cooperation and exchange with interfaces within Lufthansa Group Revenue Management.

The internship is scheduled to start in March 2025 for a duration between 3 and 6 months. The internship is compensated.
Requirements:
- At the time of the internship you are required to be at least in your 3rd semester in economics or comparable field of study like Tourism Management, Aviation Management etc.
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year).
- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German language would be an asset.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and Power Point; other statistical software for analysis of data is an added bonus.
- Interest in working within an analytical, number & data driven context.
- High analytical skills, technical understanding of IT systems.
- High degree of flexibility, organizational talent, entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking, precise presentation of complex issues.
- Excellent presentation skills.
