Role Overview :

As Chief Investment Officer (CIO), you will be responsible for overseeing the company's investment strategy, managing all aspects of investment portfolios, and leading the capital raising process to support the company’s ambitious renewable energy projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with senior leadership, investors, and key stakeholders to secure financial support and drive strategic growth initiatives.

• Oversee the structuring of equity and debt financing for renewable energy projects.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to raise capital for new and ongoing projects.

Key Requirements :

• Proven experience (8+ years) in investment management within the renewable energy sector, ideally in wind, solar, or energy storage.
• A strong track record of structuring and leading financing deals for large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong network within the renewable energy investment community, including relationships with banks, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
