University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electronics).
Experience in similar activities, preferably acquired in Space or Defence programs, or in highly security-sensitive industrial sectors.
Experience in the Galileo program, especially knowledge of the Galileo-specific accreditation processes and methodology, will be a preferential factor.
In addition to that, the following areas of knowledge and experiences will be privileged for the selection of the candidate:
- Proven and qualified experience in professional Product Assurance and Quality Assurance in the satellite operations business.
- Experience in Galileo.
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge as well as experience of auditing and subcontractor auditing.
- Good knowledge of ESA-ECSS-Q-series standards and workmanship procedures.
- Good knowledge at system level of Galileo Program and current deployment status and criticalities.
- Experience in managing anomaly reports life cycle using ESA Standards Tools (ARTS, NCTS) and both in chairing and coordinating ARBs and supporting CCBs for Space Programs.
- Experience of Quality Management Systems and Standards.
