Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the site team in identifying critical spare equipment and parts for various systems, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the site team in identifying critical spare equipment and parts, such as pumps, instruments, and other components, for specific systems.
2. Collect detailed information on the identified equipment and parts, including specifications, performance data, and maintenance requirements.
3. Obtain quotes from suppliers for the identified equipment and parts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
4. Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the integration of spare parts into existing systems.
5. Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and procurement activities.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to the site team on equipment and parts selection and maintenance.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or chemical processing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and parts.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Strong communication and organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for equipment and parts management.
