Office Manager / Front of House Manager

We have a wonderful role for you if you are aspiring to develop your career as an Office Manager or Assistant. You will take on varied tasks, encompassing full responsibility for the front of house, and the office management duties.
You must have worked in either an office-based reception / admin role or in customer services within 5* hospitality / hotels, and would now like to take on a role learning about office operations and executive support. You must possess fluent German & advanced English to be considered for this role.

A boutique consulting firm with global client base and beautiful offices in central Munich is recruiting a brand new role to add strength to their fantastic business support team. This is a flat structure, non-hierarchical environment, with employees taking ownership for their role and everyone valuing each contribution.
The Role
The role encompasses full ownership of the front of house; this will consume approximately 30% of your time. The rest of the role is to ensure the office is running smoothly. This involves ensuring the employees are set up properly with their workspaces, the office equipment is functioning and the office fully supplied. You will handle the relationships with the suppliers and vendors, and take charge of Health & Safety and First Aid. You'll have involvement in event planning and managing the happiness culture of the office.
You will receive full training in this role for any elements that you haven't done before. You'll work alongside a great team of Executive Assistants and receive leadership from a very friendly and fair Head of Administration!
About You
To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in German, and be able to communicate at business level in English, speaking and writing.
You should ideally have worked in a reception / admin role for a professional services firm or come from a 5* hospitality background in which you have handled high-level service.
You must enjoy helping others, possess accurate attention to detail, and be able to take ownership for business support tasks, as well as help your colleagues in the wider team.
