Why be a Field Sales & Education Manager at THG?
The role of the Sales, Field & Education Manager is to help manage retail store sales, launch initiatives, inventory, in-store product merchandising, overall education programs for the region, and training.
Demonstrating training and selling support to designated stores within the territory to help achieve overall weekly/monthly retail sales targets. Serves as a key liaison between Biossance Brand and Douglas in-store and head office teams to positively build and maximize brand awareness with Douglas teams/stores.
In this role, you would be responsible for the following countries within the EU: Germany and some Portugal support. There may be additional travel outside of these countries on occasion.
Reporting to: Senior Sales & Education Manager UK & EU / Regional Director of UK & EU.
