A family-run Japanese company with more than 200 years of history is looking for an Administration & HR (m / f / d). It has two divisions: Food for human consumption and pet food. The company became the top brand of pet food in Japan and is also expanding internationally to make pets and their owners around the world happy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
General administrative duties, e.g., handling various correspondence, assisting with telephone service, coordinating orders, etc.
Administrative & HR support for the team in Europe together with the manager (such as matters related to office issues, company car arrangements, salary issues, performance evaluation, etc.)
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Assistance with personnel administration and data entry, organization
Filing, administration and business travel planning, processing of documents
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Completed Administration & HR training
Professional experience in a comparable administrative and HR position
Very good numerical skills
Confident handling of MS-Office programs, especially Excel
