P&O at TecAlliance consists of 25+ global colleagues across various functions, including HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Reception, and our Operations Experts, known as PSP.
This newly created role is designed to support the largest HR project in our history: the Dayforce HRIS integration, impacting approximately 1,000 employees worldwide. You will co-manage this transformative project and work on improving payroll processes and supporting future HR projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assign & Track project tasks using planner in Teams
- Work on project tasks
- Collect & prepare data from unstructured to structured for upload to the system
- Support the digitization of payroll processes and data
- Support operational HR & payroll work
Your Profile:
- Aspire to be part of exciting HR projects focused on payroll processes, reporting & analytics
- Previous experience in payroll and/or HR operations (payroll expertise preferred)
- Some experience in a similar function as project support or project manager, ideally with an HRIS implementation and/or within HR operations beneficial
- Completed an apprenticeship or training in Tax Clerk, Tax Specialist, Payroll Accountant (IHK), or a similar field
- Solid understanding of payroll processes (tax law)
- Excel Pro who loves finding ways to automate tasks
- Advanced English (B2+) and German (B2+) proficiency
This role can be based anywhere in Germany, preferably in Cologne. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately or very soon.
