Für die Team-Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (w/m/d) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine studentische Aushilfskraft am Standort Frankfurt a. M..

Was Sie erwartet:

• Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben zur Unterstützung des Teams
• Reisekostenabrechnung
• Reisebuchung
• Pflege von Datenbanken und Informationen, die für das Team relevant sind
• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Projekten sowie internen Meetings und Kundenveranstaltungen
• Erstellung, Pflege und Ablage von Dokumenten, Berichten und Präsentationen

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf
• Organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit Proaktivität und Selbstdisziplin sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu priorisieren und mit minimaler Aufsicht in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
• Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Niveau C1)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Produkten - insbesondere Excel und Power Point sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in Concur und SAP.
• Diskretion und professionelles Auftreten
• Technisch versiert, um Probleme zu lösen und die Führungskraft zu unterstützen.
