Business Analyst / Consultant for Business Transformation (m/f/d)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Consultant specializing in Business Transformation to support one of our clients. The role focuses on financial modeling, KPI definition, and transformation business case development. This is a part-time role (3-5 days per week), with up to 100% remote work.

Key Details

1. Workload: 3-5 days per week.
2. Location: Hamburg (remote work up to 100% possible).
3. Language Requirement: Fluent German (mandatory).
4. Duration: Initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
5. Start Date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Business Analysis

1. Enhance and further develop the Target System & Sizing financial model.
2. Analyze and adjust key financial assumptions and parameters.
3. Ensure consistency and validity of financial modeling, coordinating with stakeholders across various business units.

KPI Definition & Performance Tracking

1. Define and structure KPIs across segments, regions, and business areas.
2. Develop a performance measurement logic to track and analyze transformation impact.
3. Ensure KPIs are traceable and consistent across all business units.

Transformation Tracking & Business Case Development

1. Design and implement a tracking tool for transformation measures.
2. Provide consultation on analysis and strategic control measures.
3. Develop and validate a business case for the transformation, modeling costs, benefits, and economic efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Strong expertise in financial modeling and business case development.
2. Proficiency in defining and structuring KPIs for business performance measurement.
3. Experience in developing transformation strategies and tracking performance measures.
4. Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or production (non-banking/insurance).
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to align financial and business strategies.
6. Fluent in German (mandatory).
