Position Summary

The NLP platform is the core virtual platform powering the vision of delivering the world’s best and fully autonomous intelligent agent to our users. The person needs to be passionate about NLP to help in building the platform from the ground up. Join us in the early stage and you will have an enormous opportunity to make a massive impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of the platform, to power thousands of companies and millions of customers across the globe.

As part of the startup, you will also have the additional opportunity of working directly with the customers and the executive team.

Minimum Qualifications

• An NLP Expert, ideally a PhD in NLP, with several years of experience in building and shipping NLP and AI products for enterprise customers.
• The position requires building the next generation of AI Agent. The person needs to have hands-on development experience in C++, Python, and other programming languages.
• The person should be an expert in building, training, evaluation, and deployment of AI models.
• A strong background in math and statistics is a plus.
• The person should be passionate about building and growing a startup. This job requires passionate individuals who are self-motivated, can challenge themselves, and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional level of organization.
• Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies and the full model lifecycle, typically ranging from data pipelines, data extraction, model training, model serving, labeling tools, ML-ops, ad-hoc tooling, and all points in between.
• MS, PhD in a relevant field (Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field).
