Key requirements include:

1. Lead team meetings and manage a minor group of users and responsible engineers, providing design supervision, guidance, and review.
2. Support the General Contractor in the development of the E&I design, comment/challenge, and coordinate the review of electrical and instrumentation design documentation including one-line drawings, electrical specifications, instrumentation data sheets, lighting plans, and cable containment layouts.
3. Contribute to the contract management process with the General Contractor, evaluating progress, change orders, supply chain challenges, and commercial opportunities.
4. Installation supervision and collaboration with the commissioning team.
5. Possess a great sense of structure and coordination.
6. Ability to collaborate with a large range of stakeholders.
7. Exhibit a go-do attitude and ability to navigate in a complex project setting.
8. High level of communication and collaboration skills.
9. Design and installation experience as Electrical Lead supporting a large investment project.
10. Understanding of the electrical engineering and design field.
11. German & English speaking.
