Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. We innovate in the next generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) with the aim to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development. Gotion is powered by a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles including the world's first mass commercial e-bus route.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the development of local energy storage market, including but not limited to market information collection and analysis, organizing or participating in overseas exhibitions, following up key potential customers, supporting the development of channel key customers, supervising the implementation of policies, supervising payment collection and strictly controlling risks.
  2. Achieved annual sales target and market development, and achieved profit target.
  3. Led the business negotiations with customers, followed up the dissent handling until both parties reached an agreement and signed the contract.
  4. Collected market information of competitors and gave feedback to the responsible person regularly.
  5. Customer relationship maintenance.
  6. Responsible for team management, member ability and performance improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, management, marketing, etc is preferred.
  2. More than 8 years of sales experience in new energy market, more than 3 years of sales experience in energy storage industry, energy storage resources are preferred.
  3. Familiar with import and export trade procedures, with strong ability to develop overseas markets.
  4. Strong compressive capacity and strain capacity; Clear logic, master certain negotiation skills, driving force; Good at dealing with internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, can independently receive customer visits.
  5. Language requirement: Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
