We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Head of European Sales to join our Force Sensors division.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales and customer support team across Europe.
  • Senior partner of the management in the territory.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the team.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activity and results.
  • Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer, product, and territory.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities/market segments within territory; increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
  • Select appropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives.
  • Organize and participate in regional meetings to facilitate efficient business practice.
  • Willingness to travel across the region up to 50%.

Requirements:

  • BS in related discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • 10 years of significant experience in sales and business development at a senior level position.
  • Experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products/Sensors (weighing force) to OEMs (Packaging, Robotics, Medical, Machine Builders, Construction, Agriculture, etc.).
  • Strong business/finance background and experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial transactional processes involved with sales.
  • Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large global OEMs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
