This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Dive into various channels of your choice like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top-notch candidates.
2. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and determine the perfect fit for specific job roles.
3. Work closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to make the recruitment processes run smoothly for our candidates.
4. Keep a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships with them.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro.
6. Keep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficient in English (spoken and written) - this is a must!
2. It is essential to be able to take on roles and source candidates within/outside of Germany.
3. Previous experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles.
4. Stellar communication and people skills.
5. Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
6. Great time management, responsiveness, and organizational abilities.
7. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is nice to have.
8. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a bonus.
