As Executive Assistant (m/w/d) at International SOS you will be instrumental in supporting the Regional General Manager Central Europe and few Executive Committee Members, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities
Organising the agenda by planning and coordinating conference calls, and internal and external meetings of the Regional General Manager Central Europe
Preparing minutes and ensuring the follow-up of actions
Supporting with the organisation of internal events
Assisting the Leadership Team with the organisation of events and roadshows for clients
Proven experience as Executive Assistant, or similar role
Proficiency in managing highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
Capability to swiftly and effectively resolve issues
Keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English, knowledge of German, French and/or Italian is advantageous
