Chief Control Officer (m / w / d)

Job Responsibilities

• Leading an international finance team with a shared service set-up.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for all global sites.
• Manage and optimize capital structure, debt, and equity financing to support the company's growth initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities in different regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Extensive experience in restructuring finance departments and implementing financial process improvements on a global scale.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
