Technical Artist (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced technical artist to drive the development of our XR projects and internal products. Job responsibilities:

• You design and prepare visual assets for the real-time 3D applications
• You support the PM and Sales teams by proactive participation in requirements analysis, customer communication and concept creation of our XR solutions
• You support the engineering team by providing them with the visual assets and regular feedback on how the end product should look and feel like
• As a part of an agile team, you are involved in project planning and reporting

Requirements:

• Strong competence in 3D design, using software of your choice (e.g. Blender or Maya)
• At least some experience in rigging and motion design
• Basic knowledge of Unity, you know how to import prepare assets for it
• Experience in industrial real-time 3D applications or games
• Ability and willingness to work remotely as a part of a distributed international team
• You are fluent in English

Nice-to-have's:

• You have experience with AR/VR projects
• You have experience developing apps in Unity and know some C#
• You have experience creating and editing shaders in Unity
• You have experience in building asset pipelines
• Design thinking is not a buzz word for you
• Any level of German language skills
