We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer, Export - Mandarin Speaker to join us.

Job Description

  • Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system.
  • Responsible for registering Consol and proceeding with the issuance of Shippers instruction.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Check completed work for accuracy and proactively communicate with stakeholders via email.
  • Keep sensitive customer or company information confidential.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding and Shipping industry.
  • Export Experience in Freight Forwarding.
  • Proven data entry working experience.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
