Consultant AI Strategy & Transformation (f/m/d)

For our Department Digital-Technology, we are looking for a Consultant AI Strategy & Transformation (f/m/d). The role is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the position Director AI Strategy & Transformation.

In this role you will play a pivotal role in the AI Strategy & Transformation initiatives, with targeted contributions expected to reach double-digit millions over the next three years.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

1. Lead designated AI program streams and manage strategic projects, ensuring high-impact outcomes that align with organizational goals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Data & AI Engineering Team to define the roadmap for AI capabilities and use cases, maximizing P&L impact.
3. Scout and engage with AI startups, universities, and industry partners to enhance our AI capabilities and secure a competitive edge.
4. Partner with business units and Group functions to identify, develop, and implement AI-driven business cases that address key organizational needs.
5. Actively contribute to the global AI Engagement Program, helping scale AI use cases across international operations.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Consulting Experience: Background with top strategy consulting firms, demonstrating a track record of high-impact, strategic initiatives.
2. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and take accountability for multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional project management and organizational skills.
3. Communication: Strong communicator and team player who excels in cross-functional settings and can present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
4. Technical Insight: Solid understanding of AI technology trends, including startup landscapes and academic advancements, and how they drive strategic advantage.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Experience forming and maintaining strategic relationships across business functions, academic institutions, and industry partners.
