Our job opportunity

Today, we are currently recruiting a:

Your responsibilities

1. Developing and executing financial and investment strategies to support the organization’s growth and operational objectives
2. Managing and monitoring financial planning, annual and semi-annual budgets (and investment plans)
3. Leading the design and implementation of debt restructuring strategies to optimize financial health and strengthen the organization’s fiscal position
4. Maintaining cash flow monitoring practices to safeguard liquidity and financial stability
5. Maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and government ministries, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and financial transparency
6. Guiding and developing the finance team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment
7. Ensuring adherence to local and EU regulatory frameworks while managing relationships with external auditors and financial oversight bodies

Your other missions

1. Participating in the integration of new employees
2. Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in an industrial environment, logistics sectors, or investment banking

Skills and knowledge required

1. IT Tools

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite

1. Languages

Mandatory:

French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

Nice-to-have:

German / Luxembourgish: the knowledge of those languages would be an asset.

1. Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder engagements.

You have a proven track record in debt restructuring, project financing, and managing large-scale capital expenditure programs.

You are familiar with Luxembourg’s governmental financial frameworks and regulations.

You hold an expertise in SAP or equivalent financial systems.

You are known for your collaborative, humble, and team-oriented approach.
