Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) Central Europe

For our head office in Norderstedt, we are looking for you with immediate effect in full time and in permanent employment as a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) Central Europe. As Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) Central Europe, you are hierarchically directly linked to Lidea in France.

Your tasks

1. Stocks and warehouses management
2. Flows management
3. Warehouse strategy monitoring
4. Operational and financial inventories management
5. Availabilities management
6. Monitor the action plans to optimize the stocks (rotation, obsolescence, mixes…)
7. Monitoring of the industrial subcontractors in the concerned area
8. Import-export management: logistics flows, phytosanitary documents, link to official departments involved in seeds exportation
9. Deliveries management (customers, safe storage…) from the concerned area
10. Ingredients procurement management (crop protection products, bags, materials, etc.)
11. Monitoring of the supply chain activities by KPIs
12. Leading the relationships with the key local stakeholders and local providers
13. Responsible for industrial and logistics performance with the geographical perimeter of Central Europe sourcing
14. Full support of sales teams to ensure delivery on time of finished goods from supply plan to customer deliveries
15. Ensure coordination at hierarchical and functional management levels

Your profile

1. Experience in supply chain management at factory and logistics levels
2. Professional English
3. Professional German (Level C)
