Your Profile

• Education in business administration, economics, ideally with a focus on HR or equivalent
• Experienced in support, personnel development, recruiting, compensation & benefits as well as relevant knowledge of labor, social security and tax law
• Excellent communication skills and quick comprehension
• Proficient in establishing processes and structures in a rapidly growing company
• Fluent in German and English (written / spoken)
• Reliable, committed, and enjoy working in a team
• Enjoy solving tricky technical challenges
• High degree of sense of responsibility with self-motivation
