Role Overview
In this role, you will help us launch our new CRM system Salesforce globally. You will coordinate the overarching Scrum teams and coach the Scrum Masters and other project members. You share your knowledge and experiences to coach and mentor them, develop their skills, and assist them in their professional development.
In a dynamic and agile environment, you play a key role in coordinating complex software projects across different business units. As an Agile Coach with in-depth knowledge of the SAFe, you are responsible for introducing, implementing, and continuously improving SAFe principles and practices on the team and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and accompany events such as Sprint Plannings, Dailys, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives as well as Backlog Refinements.
- Support the Product Owners and Business Process Analysts in organizing and creating the backlog to maximize value creation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes and techniques.
- Create an atmosphere that promotes self-organization, security, and shared goals, enabling ongoing development for the team and yourself.
- Share your experiences in other areas of the company.
Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience as a SAFe Scrum Master / Agile Coach. Certification as a SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar is required.
- Very good understanding of different agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) and practical experience in their implementation.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and lead the team based on the situation.
- Experience in promoting real agility and readiness to support change.
- Strong soft skills such as problem-solving, conflict resolution, analytical, organizational, and communicative skills.
- Familiarity with scaling approaches and ability to evaluate and implement them.
- Ability to navigate quickly and reliably in a new, complex environment.
- Creative, empathetic, and respectful personality with a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel and good language skills in English and German are required.
