Financial Asset Manager - North-Rhine Westphalia

My client is a company specialising in the development of photovoltaic (PV) solutions. They focus on leasing roof and land areas to generate sustainable energy, aiming to optimise unused spaces for solar power production. They are looking for a financial asset manager to manage and optimise the financial performance of a solar energy project portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Financing Strategies: Develop and oversee financing models for solar projects.
• Financial Oversight: Manage and optimize project finances.
• Investor Relations: Communicate and report to investors.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage financial risks.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare reports on profitability and returns.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, insurers, etc.).

Your Profile:

• Experience: Proven experience in asset management, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financing, cash flow analysis, and controlling.
• Education: Degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Tech Interest: Basic understanding of photovoltaic technologies.
