Digital Marketing Manager

Coral Club, an international wellness company with a strong foothold in Europe, Asia, and North America, is looking for an innovative and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager in Germany to lead our regional marketing team. The ideal candidate is not just a strategist but a hands-on digital leader who deeply understands the latest social media trends, digital storytelling, and brand engagement in the FMCG and wellness industry.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute a high-impact digital marketing strategy that aligns with our global and regional brand positioning in the FMCG and health & wellness industry.

• Own and drive brand presence across all social media platforms, leveraging the latest trends on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms to maximize engagement and virality.

• Plan, implement, and analyze data-driven digital campaigns (SEO, SEA, CRM, Influencer Marketing, Performance Ads) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team (4 people) to execute high-performance digital strategies with agility and creativity.

• Ensure brand consistency and corporate identity across all communication channels.

• Develop and optimize workflows, marketing automation, and performance tracking systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and freelancers to drive brand impact.

• Actively monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to keep Coral Club ahead of the curve.

• Work closely with the European Head of Marketing to align on best practices, regional adaptations, and innovative initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Deep expertise in digital marketing within FMCG, health & wellness, or lifestyle brands.

• Passion for social media trends and digital innovation – you instinctively know what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Hands-on leadership experience in developing high-performing teams.

• Proven success in executing data-driven campaigns (SEO, SEA, SMA, Google Ads, CRM, etc.).

• Analytical and creative mindset – you can turn insights into action.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Tech-savviness – experience with tools like Figma, Meta Business Suite, Google AdSense, Canva, and LLMs like ChatGPT.

• Languages: Fluent English and German (mandatory), Russian is a plus.
