As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and driven Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to JD.com’s people strategy, ensuring that we continue to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the fast-paced logistics industry.

Role Overview:

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations, talent management, and ensuring the seamless implementation of HR policies and practices. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with JD.com's strategic goals, ensuring that our workforce remains motivated and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  2. Provide HR support to leadership teams, offering guidance on employee relations issues and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  3. Implement talent management strategies that focus on developing and retaining employees, as well as identifying and nurturing high-potential talent.
  4. Support the rollout of performance management systems and ensure consistent and effective appraisals across the organization.
  5. Manage employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  6. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and JD.com’s global standards.
  7. Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving any HR-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other HR teams to support global initiatives and share best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing HR operations within a fast-paced environment, ideally in logistics or a similar industry.
  2. Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is strongly recommended to support communication with our global teams and stakeholders.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations within the logistics or supply chain sector.
  4. HR Expertise: Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide effective HR support at all levels.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify HR challenges and provide practical solutions.
