We Are Looking For You

Working with HR at Netlight requires a strong business sense as you will work in a high-paced and ever-changing organization. You will work with hands-on HR in a personal and value-driven company that identifies as a network organization.

The role will be broad and includes a range of operational and key HR responsibilities, such as:

1. Drive our people processes connected to the full employment lifecycle
2. Engage, enable, and empower mentors to unleash the full potential of our talents
3. Ensure and interpret labour law and regulations to ensure we are at the forefront of our industry
4. Co-drive the development of HR policies both locally and globally
5. Enable relocation and commuting locally
6. Plan and execute engagement programs, surveys, and recognition activities to understand the well-being of the organization
7. Analyze people and organizational data to enable informed decision-making

Qualifications

1. University degree with focus on Human Resources or similar education
2. 4+ years of full-time work experience within the field of HR with demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations concerns and implement engagement strategies preferably in high-paced and creative companies
3. Solid understanding of how to create business value through core HR competencies
4. Effective communication skills, business fluent in German and full professional proficiency in English
