What You Can Expect

End-to-end ownership by inside sales for all sales tasks beyond lead generation and qualification, including but not limited to representing a specific product area, deciding where to involve technical sales expertise, opportunity hand-offs with other account roles, and maintaining long-term responsibility of the account.

How You'll Create Impact

  1. Validation and qualification of leads from an advanced analytical propensity model
  2. Prospecting the potential client and the needs of the potential client
  3. Preparation of offers according to the needs of the potential client
  4. Development of activities to present the value proposition to the potential client through remote channels (e.g., virtual demos, videoconferencing, online chat, telephone calls)
  5. Negotiation and closing of the sale with the end customer
  6. Account planning (quarterly reports, funnel management, etc.)
  7. Maintenance of existing accounts, including cycle management
  8. Coordinate with the field sales team when necessary (Trial phase,...)
  9. Occasional travel might be necessary to visit customers and colleagues in the field

What Makes You Stand Out

  1. Commercial, customer and results orientation, with an account management mindset and ability to build long-term relationships over time
  2. Excellent communication, oral and written skills
  3. Capacity for multitasking and passion to continuously learn
  4. Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from a remote sales channel
  5. Preferred: experience using sales tools (e.g., CRM, analytics & reporting, etc.)
  6. Positive assessment of (i) experience in customer care and sales, especially in remote channels; (ii) complementary training in sales techniques, customer care, business skills, social selling and social networks
  7. Preferred: Knowledge related to medical devices

Your Background

  1. University degree (preferably in technical fields)
  2. Preferred: field sales experience in medical devices
  3. Preferred: Remote sales experience, additional previous experience in medical devices preferable
  4. Languages:

Expected: Negotiation level in local language (written and spoken)
