Creative Director Copy & Concept (d / f / m)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Director to lead our Copy & Concept team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our creative process, from developing innovative concepts to crafting compelling copy that resonates with our clients. In this role, you will work closely with our creative teams to ensure that our agency and its cultural brand remains relevant and on-trend in the ever-changing cultural landscape. You are fluent in both, English and German.

Your responsibilities are:

• Oversee and manage the Copy & Concept team, providing direction, feedback, and guidance on projects.
• Develop and execute creative concepts that cut through the noise and deliver results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative output is relevant, on brand, and refreshingly different.
• Add to our deep understanding of industry events, cultural currents and a keen sense for the Zeitgeist.
• Create and present compelling pitches to clients, and internal teams.
• Foster a creative and collaborative culture within the team, contributing to a joyful climate where ideas bloom.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and freelancers, to enhance our creative capabilities.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on copy and concept development.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team of creatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients – both in English and German.
• Strong understanding of the cultural landscape and ability to anticipate trends.
• A portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns and projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
