Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) - Fulfillment Tech Enabling - onsite or remote within the EU

Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) to become part of one of our Fulfillment Tech Enabling Team at ABOUT YOU!

Our Fulfillment Tech Team is responsible for efficient and stable system solutions connecting our internal systems with external logistics-driven systems, e.g. warehouse management systems. With a great sense of logistical business processes and deep knowledge of our systems, they ensure the processing of thousands of parcels per day and a smooth customer experience within the fulfillment process.

What you will do

1. Perform high-quality manual and automated testing for our middleware backend systems connected to our 3rd party logistics providers
2. Introduce standard processes for manual and automated testing to ensure ongoing high quality in deployments & features
3. Work together with developers on testing complex issues, working directly with databases & APIs
4. Reproduce and provide insights into issues & bug reports by analyzing logs & monitoring
5. Coordinate testing efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality features
6. Join on tech conceptions in order to support finding efficient tech solutions in complex environments

Who you are

1. You have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of backend complex tech projects
2. You are experienced in manual testing (explorative and destructive) as well as automated testing with great attention to detail
3. You are able to quickly grasp complex technical systems
4. You easily build up knowledge of business processes and keep the business value of the processes in mind
5. You possess very good communication skills and the ability to handle different stakeholders
6. You speak and write English fluently
