Your Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with the Product Management Team to develop and manage the global product roadmap for the flexibility services platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
• Local Market Collaboration: Partner with local product owners to gather insights on regional market requirements, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define product features, functionalities, and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring that the platform evolves in a way that maximizes value.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, and IT teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Customer-Centric Design: Advocate for the end-user by integrating customer feedback and insights into the product development process. Ensure that the platform delivers an exceptional user experience.
• Market Analysis and Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the platform remains competitive and aligned with the latest market developments.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track the performance of the product post-launch, using data analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future development cycles.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in digital platforms or within the energy sector.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the energy markets, with knowledge of decentralized energy resources and the associated value chain.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical aspects of digital platforms, including APIs, data integrations, and user interface design.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive product success.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: A passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into products that deliver value and enhance the user experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in product management is a plus.
