E-Commerce Manager Poland (m/f/d)
Your area of activity includes the following tasks:
Lead and execute our European e-commerce strategy with a strong focus on driving growth and success in the Polish e-commerce market
Join our European e-commerce leadership team, contributing to strategic decisions and shaping the future of our online business
Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Polish online market to identify opportunities, optimize performance and stay ahead of market trends
Embrace a 'can-do' attitude and act as an entrepreneurial force within the company by taking ownership of your market’s success
Collaborate closely with HQ teams, acting as a key orchestrator to align resources, optimize processes and drive market development
Analyze and optimize key performance metrics, including impressions, traffic, and conversions, to maximize results
Demonstrate strong project management skills and communicate clearly between teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
What you bring with you:
A degree in economics and/or convincing evidence of commercial competence
Several years of hands-on experience in e-commerce with a strong focus on the Polish market and a deep understanding of its dynamics
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Rithum, ChannelEngine, or Mirakl is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills and MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power BI) for data processing and reporting
Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an advantage
