Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Dutch-Speaking Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team in Berlin. This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent Dutch speaker who is enthusiastic about social media and digital marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our marketing and sales efforts in the Dutch-speaking market, building relationships with clients, and promoting our suite of social media solutions.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop strategies, generate leads, and close deals, ensuring our clients achieve their digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market, understanding their needs and presenting tailored social media solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through research, networking, and digital outreach strategies, and qualify prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales Development: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our social media services.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads in the Dutch-speaking market.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating and localizing marketing materials and content for the Dutch-speaking market, ensuring messaging is consistent and culturally relevant.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business results.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is also required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
  • Sales and Marketing Acumen: A passion for sales and marketing with a keen interest in the social media industry.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform strategies.
  • Basic Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or social media is advantageous but not required.
  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Berlin if currently residing abroad. A relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
  • On-Site Requirement: Must be based in Berlin and willing to work fully on-site in our vibrant office.
