About the role:
The Goldenstein group is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Dutch lawyer to direct the company's venture into the Netherlands. This individual will work closely with our teams in Germany and the Netherlands, overseeing our legal operations in the country. The newly appointed lawyer will receive guidance and instructions from other countries' project managers and the company's leadership. - Fluency in Dutch and proficient English skills for effective communication with colleagues.
- Admission to the bar in the Netherlands and first professional experience in the Netherlands
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch civil law and mass claims in the Netherlands (WAMCA).
- Familiarity with legal procedures in the Netherlands.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or legal environment.
- Strong social skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
