The construction industry is one of the most important sectors of the economy. The complex tasks require close networking between all those involved in construction. To attract young skilled workers in the long term, we offer the option of a dual course of study, which combines vocational training and a degree in just 4.5 years, resulting in two fully-fledged qualifications: skilled worker in the profession of industrial insulator and Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering/energy technology.

Your tasks during the practical training:

• The Bachelor's degree course is completed at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences. Vocational training takes place in the company and at the ÜAZ in Holleben.
• Active collaboration on the construction site as part of the training.
• Supporting construction and project management in day-to-day business.
• Learning engineering fundamentals, business management, construction law, and specialized knowledge in building technology.
• Intensive teaching of business management content, mathematical and physical knowledge, and specialized knowledge in energy technology.
